How to use
Mix Decomax decolorizing powder with Level developers in a ratio of 1:1 up to 1:2 in a non-metallic bowl. For on-scalp applications, mix with 20vol. developer or lower. Apply to dry, unwashed hair—processing time up to 60 minutes. Rinse thoroughly, then condition with post-chemical-specific products.
